About me

My name is Allen. I am a cook at Disney with the dream of becoming a chef. I began my studies in my grandmother’s kitchen at the young age of 7.After learning the first steps in her kitchen desided it would be great to learn more about food. I went to summer camps, vocational school and took classes all through my middle and high school years. After High school the Love for cooking was still there and had grown to be more than just wanting to do it at home. I decided to enroll in Escoffier culinary school and take classes. This is where I received my diploma and baking and pastry well as my associates degree in the culinary arts. I’m back in school at Escoffier pursuing another degree in the culinary arts field and want to take you alone for the remainder of my journey I hope you enjoy.
